Agreed.
EXHIBIT L -RECLAMATION COSTS
The reclamation cost estimate is being calculated on a per acre basis . Once the
maximum disturbed acreage is determined the final bond am unt will be
determined. This will depend on the number of acres in vari us states of
disturbance. For example, a fully developed pit will require ba kfilling and
grading plus topsoiling plus revegetation, whereas some of the re raded areas
would only require topsoiling and revegetation. If some areas are b sically fully
reclaimed and awaiting warranty release, the Division will only hold revegetation
costs for those areas. So a reclamation cost for these various st ges will be
calculated and once we receive your responses determining how ma y acres will
be disturbed for each stage, a final reclamation bond will be propose .
Please consider the use of 25 acres maximum disturbance, unt I otherwise
determined during the forthcoming Technical Revision at whi h time all
disturbed land will be revisited for reclamation, acreage, and Bete urination of
mining and reclamation.
EXHIBIT M -OTHER LICENSES AND PERMITS
Hs the Water Quality Control Commission been contacted to det rmine if a
stormwater permit is required?
