Where yo have made <br />comment, it is reiterated below and our response immediately foll ws each of <br />your comments within a box. We trust our responses will satisfy t e Divisions <br />near term concerns and allow for approval of the submittal, whit issues that <br />cannot be immediately attended to due either to time or lack of existing <br />information, can be provided for by a firm commitment to co plete these <br />matters by mutual agreement as a stipulation to the permit approval. <br />EXHIBIT A -LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />Ground truth surveying of this submittal to tie the proposed grids in o a known <br />point is an acceptable proposal. To ensure that this will occur in a timely <br />manner, however, any approval will be stipulated as follows to requi e that this <br />occurs. <br />STIPULATION No. I <br />The proposed grid system will be tied into the existing platted p rcel via a <br />certified survey.
