The permit text commits to installing <br />the first two of these wells one year prior to longwall mining in panel 13 <br />Right. Please include in the permit text an approximate date of <br />installation of these first two wells given the projected rate of mining <br />advance. <br />8. In Exhibit 4e-7, please modify the permit text under the subheadings <br />Alluvium and Surface Water to monitor the proposed wells quarterly for <br />water levels and fie/d parameters. <br />9. In addition, in Exhibit 4e-7, what is the anticipated period for gauging the <br />surface water stations in section 17, T5N, R86W? The Division suggests <br />gauging of the site twice in the first year following installation and once <br />each year following spring runoff at this new site.
