<br />• • <br />7. The Division received a Ir:tter from the Department of the Army, Corps of Engineers regarding the <br />Lyons Pit Permit Amendn-lent. Attached is a copy of the letter. <br />Please be advised that the La Poudre Sand and Gravel Permit Amendment application may be deemed <br />inadequate, and the application may be denied on April 20, 2000 unless the above mentioned adequacy <br />review items aze addressed to the satisfaction of the Division. If you feel more time is needed to <br />complete your reply, the Division can grant an extension to the decision date.
