This was evidenced by the formation oP rills that <br />be~arr at the top of the pile. Prior to the eoncluaion of the <br />inspection, the operator con3tructed a berm in this ore's to prevent <br />water Prom flowing over tt,e face of the pile. 'The operator <br />conti.ri~rns and should continue to maintain a berm ar,d silt fence <br />arorrmi the Perimeter oP the pile, at the tap of the pile.
