Below I include responses to <br />the review. Your review comment is in standard type. The response is in bold type. <br />1. Exhibit E -Reclamation Plan <br />The applicant states in this plan that the seed mix will include 1 pound of blue grass. The <br />Division does not recommend the use of blue grass for rangeland reclamation purposes. <br />Did the applicant mean to specify blue grama? Please clarify this issue. Enclosed is a copy <br />of a recommended seed mix for the Nicholson Gravel Pit, sent to the Division by the <br />Morgan Conservation District. If the applicant so desires they could commit to using this <br />mix. <br />Response -Washington County will utilize the new seed mixture recommended by the <br />Morgan Conservation District and as provided in your letter of January 13, 2004, for <br />reclamation. <br />2. Exhibit G -Water Information <br />Enclosed are copies of comments from the Corps of Engineers and the Office of the State <br />Engineer. The applicant should review these comments and determine if any responses are <br />required. <br />Response -The correspondence from the Corps of Engineers and the Off-ce of the <br />State Engineer have been reviewed. Washington County will make contacts as <br />appropriate. <br />
