C. E. Johnston -3- July 12, 1993
10. The source of non-toxic non-combustible material to cover coal
waste is the loadout bench. See the response to item 8 above.
11. I am unable to respond to the Division's questions regarding
topsoil replacement at this time. TCC has contracted with a
local surveying company to determine the amount of topsoil
that is contained in the topsoil stockpiles. Once this
information is obtained, (in about two weeks), the quantity of
topsoil available for replacement will be available.
Since this is the first round of correspondence regarding the bond
and reclamation plan, this information will not be presented in the
form of a minor or technical revision. After you have had a chance
to review and comment on this information and the topsoil quantity
issue is resolved, an application for a revision will be processed.
Please call if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Jim Stover, P.E.
Consulting Engineer
cc: Relly Fritzler
