The four culverts located under the railroad tracks will
remain after reclamation.
2. The trailer that serves as a bathhouse will be left in place
as shown on Map 10. Page 2.05-8 will be revised to add the
bathhouse to the list of facilities which will remain after
reclamation.
3. Enclosed is the list of structures located on site that you
requested. You will need to fill in the missing unit prices
to complete the structural demolition estimate.
4. Page 2.05-16R is currently being revised by a minor revision
application regarding non-coal waste. The page was revised to
reflect that seeding will be done prior to mulching as part of
the minor revision.
5. The primary power for the loadout is supplied by an overhead
transmission line which is owned by Delta Montrose Electric
(DMEA). The DMEA transmission line terminates at TCC's
substation which is located along the haul road. All of TCC's
secondary power distribution, from its substation to the
loadout, is buried as stated on page 2.05-5R. DMEA's overhead
transmission line is not constructed to minimize electrocution
hazards to raptors.
The DMEA would install raptor protection on its poles if there
is evidence of raptors using the transmission line. Please
let me know the Division's position regarding raptor
