Since April 1984, 13 Notices of Violation or Cessation Orders have <br />been issued to American Fuels by the Division. <br />Division has found 3 patterns of violation involving 10 of these. <br />Determination of Pattern of Violation issued on May 3, 1985. <br />3 Patterns - NOV's presented within Patterns not in chronological <br />order. <br />B. First Pattern involves violations of related requirements, <br />specifically hydrologic balance.
