Technical Revision 100, E- Seam South Main Entries, Methane Drainage Wells <br />MCC Responses to CDMG Adequacy Review <br />June 30, 2005 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />For each of the three generic SEDCAD modeling designs, please provide the <br />input and output design sheets for the silt fence that is to be used at each of the <br />drill pads. <br />The requested input and output design information was provided in hard copy July 22, 2005 and <br />via electronic transmission July 25, 2005. <br />5. As stated in the original comment, the mud pits at the sites are considered impoundments <br />and, as such, must satisfy Rule 4.05.9(2)(e). The certification must be included in the text of the <br />Permit Application Package (PAP), Volume 11A. The text should describe mud pit <br />requirements and construction and also be included in the forthcoming comprehensive <br />submittal of Volume IIA. Please incorporate the discussion of topsoil treatment in the text of the PAP, Volume IIA. <br />The text should become a part of the forthcoming comprehensive Volume 11A on the <br />methane degas drilling program. <br />The discussion of topsoil treatment will be incorporated in the text of the PAP, Volume 11A. This <br />text will become a part of the forthcoming comprehensive submittal of Volume 11A on the <br />methane degas drilling program. <br />Z MCC has included the depth of the wells to allow for calculation of bond liability.
