Issues previously resolved have not been included in this <br />letter. <br />1.04.7 Hydrology Description <br />MCC has submitted Technical Revision No. 88, which proposes a new monitoring program that <br />also considers the Box Canyon permit revision area. <br />2.05.6 Mitigation of the Impacts ojMining Operations <br />I5. MCC has submitted Technical Revision No. 88, which proposes a new monitoring program <br />that also considers the Box Canyon permit revision azea. <br />Geotechnical Questions <br />2.05-111 <br />MCC has added a commitment on page 2.05-111 and 144 that states that MCC will conduct a <br />visual survey on a monthly basis, of primary public access to the USFS lands when roads could <br />be potentially impacted by subsidence. These revised pages are enclosed. <br />The Division had an additional concern regarding Map ~2 `.`B-Seam Mine Plan" and states, "it <br />appears that mining activity is scheduled for the current permit term which falls outside both the <br />
