Enclosed please find a copy of the first publication of four notices in the Pueblo Chieftain regazding <br />this proposed amendment. Also included is a map showing the general location of the amendment and a brief <br />description of the nature of the amendment. This description has also previously been provided to the County <br />Commissioners and the Board of Supervisors of the Pueblo Soil Conservation District. <br />As stated in the Public Notice, comments can be provided to the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (until <br />recently also known as the Division of Minerals and Geology) and the Mined Land Reclamation Board regarding the <br />reclamation plan and other issues directly relevant to the amendment Please review the notice carefully and if you <br />require mote information the complete amendment application is available Eor public review at the office of the <br />Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder.
