Five items
were identified which would be submitted for AFO's review. These
were:
1. Verification that DMG had in fact inspected the entire
mine site,
2. Statistical documentation that the vegetation populations
on the three reclaimed areas were homogeneous,
3. Copies of statistical analyses of vegetation data
performed by DMG,
4. An alternate methodology for comparing sediment loads
from the reclaimed area to pre-mine or adjacent areas,
and
5. A revision to the mine permit designating alternate post-
mine land use for the areas associated with structures
proposed as permanent.
