<br />Memo to BMG, BMRI, RCG/HBI & PMHS <br />From Harry Posey <br />Page 2 <br />The first Monitoring event reported cyanide of 0.03 mg/1 in MW-13. <br />This value is above the detection limit of 0.02 mg/1. A Split of this <br />sample taken by BMG did not indicate cyanide, and the subsequent <br />samples likewise indicated no cyanide. Apparently the samples were <br />placed in a cooler with sample bottles which were potentially <br />contaminated with high cyanide water. Thus, there was apparently a <br />potential for contamination of the well samples.
