1. Crravel Operation <br />The old 110 area will be reclaimed within 2-3 years after the approval of the 2003 amendment. The <br />gravel operation will then move to the north azea where mining will occur until the end of the mine <br />life. <br />The worst case reclamation scenario occurs at the end of mining. All portable plants, fuel tank areas, <br />trailers and portable equipment will be removed. The large shop/office building near Access #1 will <br />remain for commercial use after reclamation. Power poles and some roads will remain, as shown on <br />Map F. At the end of gravel mining, 23.1 acres will need minor regrading, requiring the movement of <br />33,500 cy. Most of this volume is in berms, ditches and grading around the final pond azea.
