U.S.G.S. 7.5 minute quadrangle map, Hayden Gulch, Colorado contains the described area of the reclaimed mine site. 14) A permit map with bond release request area delineated: • Map I, Facilities Area Reclamation Map, is a location map which delineates the mine permit boundary and the reclaimed area addressed in this bond release application. ' I S) Dates reclamation work performed • Map I, Facilities Area Reclamation Map, includes the reclamation sequence and shows the year when reclamation of the facilities area and topsoil piles was completed. Work performed, were applicable, included facilities removal, backfilling, regrading, topsoil placement, establishment of drainage control, and revegetation. HGCC submitted a Minor Revision (MR) application to the Division as notification that HGCC would remove and reclaim the mine shop/office facilities during 1987. Approval of MR-03, Facility Reclamation was ~ approved by the Division on August 4, 1987. Removal of the facilities commenced during August, 1987 following approval of MR-03 by the Division. Backfilling, regrading, and topsoiling occurred during the fall of 1987.
