The Division will need a reclamation bond adequate to cover the <br />cost of maximum disturbance. We currently have financial <br />warranties in the amount of $27,660.00 and 55,000.00. Please <br />submit a plan or schedule indicating how and when reclamation will <br />be implemented as well the total cost for backfill and grading, <br />seeding, mulching and fertilizer on the 84 permitted acres. Upon <br />receipt of this information, the Division will adjust the current <br />reclamation bond accordingly. <br />~' ~' , <br />8.
