As a reminder, the Board order will say it
must be submitted and approved before the April 13, 2007. Attached
are two copies of the draft drilling and monitoring plan prepared by
ERO resources. It outlines the location of the 3 additional monitor-
ing wells to be placed on the Thompson property and the frequency of
monitoring and reporting. It is in draft form as suggested so the
Division and the objectors can review it and make suggestions on
changes prior to drilling. A final plan will be submitted once the
Division has reviewed and approved the plan. Thompson Properties
propose to drill-the wells as soon as weather and ground conditions
permit. It may be mid April before the snow cover and ground moisture
levels will allow access to the well locations by a drill rig. The
quarterly monitoring will begin once the drilling is done.
Attached is a check for $188.00 from Environment, Inc. to cover
the Technical Revision fee. If you have any questions please call me.
Respectfully submitted,
Environment, Inc.
~~,Cj~'~
Stevan L.
