Pre-Mining Plan Map. <br /> The agreements from Panhandle Eastern Pipeline Company regarding a pipeline <br /> running north-south through the center of SE/4 Sec:31, T3N, R67W and running north- <br /> northwest through NE/4 Sec:31, T3N, R67W (including spurs to Harold Nelson's A-1 <br /> M.S. 7961 and Harold Nelson's Unit-A-True #1 M.S. 30640) are forthcoming. We have <br /> been given a verbal clearance by Panhandle Eastern Pipeline Company pending review <br /> of the Mine-Plan Map by personnel at their Liberal, Kansas office. <br /> Central Weld County Water District has provided clearance for the water line that <br /> runs on the east side of the permit area. This agreement is enclosed. <br /> Exhibit G. Water Information. <br /> 1) A NPDES Permit Application has been submitted to the Colorado Department of <br /> Health by Varra Companies, Inc. A copy is enclosed. <br /> 2) A Water Augmentation Plan has been submitted to the State Engineers Office. <br /> It provides information on water-shares owned by Harold E. Nelson, to be utilized in <br /> conjunction with the Water Augmentation Plan. The approved plan will be forwarded <br /> to you as it becomes available. Therefore, please accept this situation as Varra <br /> Companies, Inc.'s commitment to obtaining an . approved plan prior to the <br /> commencement of mining. Enclosed you will find Figure 6-1 and a revised Table 6-1. <br /> You will find one additional well listed for Harold E. Nelson. <br /> ,3) The reference to rip-rap spillway is in error. This point should have been labeled <br /> NPDES Discharge Point which has been revised on the Pre-Mine Plan and Mine Plan <br /> Map. This point contains at least four (4) feet of freeboard and has never overflowed <br /> during prior operations, including pumpingeof groundwater. <br /> Exhibit L. Reclamation Cost. <br /> 1) Varra Companies, Inc. will agree to the Reclamation Cost calculated by the <br /> division. <br /> Please call me if you should have any questions regarding our responses.
