Please be advised that on October 4, 1994, A & P Mosch, whose address and
telephone number are P.0. Box 3236, Idaho Springs, CO 80452; [phone],
filed an amendment application to redefine the permit boundary of the
Phoenix Mine, Permit No. M-82-075. The mine is located at or near Section 33,
Township 3S, Range 73W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Clear Creek County. The
application decision is scheduled for November 11, 1994.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Clear Creek County
Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and
Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203.
All written comments or objections must be submitted within ten (10) days of
the date of the newspaper public notice to be considered in the application
