Box 3236, Idaho Springs, CO 80452; (303) 567-0422, <br />filed an amendment application to redefine the permit boundary of the <br />Phoenix Mine, Permit No. M-82-075. The mine is located at or near Section 33, <br />Township 3S, Range 73W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Clear Creek County. The <br />application decision is scheduled for November 11, 1994. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Clear Creek County <br />Clerk & Recorder's office ~ind at the office of the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within ten (10) days of <br />the date of the newspaper public notice to be considered in the application <br />review process by the Division.
