this site, but it is believed to be minimal as the river is neazly one half mile away and much of <br />that distance is obvious uplands and includes the railroad bed. <br />A site location map, preferably outlined on a 7.5-minute USGS quadrangle, along with any <br />other pertinent maps of the site. The map must provide the name of the USGS quadrangle, <br />Section, Township, Range and UTM or latitude or longitude. <br />Response: The enclosed map entitled 3B-Enterprises -Deakins Gravel Pit -Site Location Map, <br />shows that the property is located in the SE 1/4 of the NE 114 of Section 6, Township 6 North, <br />Range 90 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian. The entire property is located approximately one <br />half mile outside the city limits of the City of Craig, in an unincorporated portion of Moffat <br />County, Colorado. <br />This map is taken from the 1969 Craig Colorado Quadrangle 7.5 minutes USGS quad sheet. The <br />latitude and longitude locations as shown on this map are indicated. According to the latitude <br />and longitude coordinates found the 1969 Craig, Colorado Quadrangle 7.5 minutes USGS quad <br />sheet this property is located near the intersection of 40° 30' "north latitude and at 107° 30' <br />west longitude. <br />Directions to the site. <br />Response: Starting in the center of downtown Craig in front of the Moffat County Court House, <br />which is located on Victory Way, which is also U.S. Highway 40, between Barclay and School <br />Streets, proceed south on School Street for one block to Fourth Street. Turn left or east onto <br />Fourth Street, which is a one way street, and proceed east on Fourth Street for a distance of <br />approximately 0.56 miles where there is a fork in Fourth Street. Take the left hand turn which <br />becomes Bellaire Street, to the left or north and follow Bellaire Street for one block to the <br />intersection of Bellaire Street and Victory Way or U.S. Highway 40. Follow the signs which <br />point to Steamboat Springs, and rum right or east onto Victory Way or U.S. Highway 40 and <br />proceed on U.S. Highway 40 for a distance of approximately 0.76 miles to where there is a road, <br />which says First Street, which crosses the railroad tracts and proceeds in a westerly direction. <br />Tum off U.S. Highway 40 onto First Street, cross the railroad tracks and proceed in a westerly <br />direction, going past the olddrive-in theater, for approximately 0.23 of a mile to a point where <br />there is a sign saying 3B-Enterprises -Deakins Gravel Pit. Turn left or east onto this access road <br />and you are at the Deakins Gravel Pit.
