extraction standards are followed. The proposal,
with the amendments to Operation Standard A5 and ~6
is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan policies
which allow uses of an industrial nature to occur
where the resources are available.
b. The proposal is consistent with the intent of the
agricultural district and does not interfere with
any agricultural activities. The subject site is
in close proximity to several residential uses and
the Greeley Comprehensive Flan notes that the area
should develop residentially,
c. Rhe Greeley Planning Commission has reviewed this
proposal and found it to be in compliance with its
Comprehensive Plan subject to recomraeadations as
set forth in a letter dated March.l9, 1985.
d. The subject site is in a Flood Hazard Overlay
District area. An Operation Standard addresses
this concern.

NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED by ~ the Hoard of County
Commissioners o£ Weld County, Colorado, that the application to
amend Special Vse Permit Operation Standards and phasing of the
extraction plan for MS Corporation on the hereinabove described
parcel of land be, and hereby is, granted subject to the following
conditions:
The attached Operation Standards be adopted and placed
on the Amended Special IIse Permit plat prior to
recording.
2. The owner and/or operator sha12 be required to obtain
all applicable building or electrical permits for
SVP-345:65:10. The prescribed Amended Special Vse
Permit activity shall not occur until the Amended
Special Use Permit plat has been recorded in the office
of the weld County Clerk and Recorder.
