BEI shall install a fail-safe "Cytox Delivery System" aE BMG San Luis <br />accurate to ±0.1 1b/min and delivering at approximately 2 lp/min depending <br />upon stoichiometry. <br />2. Said system shall be a screw conveyor. <br />3. Said system to be installed prior to the existing AVR. <br />4. Said system to reduce pH (depending upon stoichiometry) to between pH 8.5- <br />9.0. <br />5. The AVR shall continue to operate save for the fact that HZSO4 shall not <br />be injected since it is not required (due to Cytox). <br />6.
