Enclosed is Bear Coal Company's appli- <br />cation for a technical revision to incorporate the revisions <br />resulting from this reponse. Also enclosed is a list of all the <br />pages and drawings that have been revised with a brief descrip- <br />tion of the revision. Three copies of the revised pages and <br />drawings are included with this transmittal. The following <br />narrative will follow the numbering system used in the Mid Term <br />Review document and will assist ,you in your review of the en- <br />closed information. <br />1. Pages 2.03-8R, 2.03-9, 'L .03-10, 2.03-I1, 2.03-12R and <br />2.03-13 have been revised to reflect the change in ownership of <br />the Somerset Mine. <br />2. Pages 2.03-13, 2.03-14R, 2.03-14Ra and 2.03-14Rb have <br />been revised to show current compliance information. <br />3. No response this submittal. <br />4. The permit area for the Bear Mines roes shoran correctlS• <br />in the 1987 permit renewal application which indicates the permit <br />area encompasses 589.3 acres in Sections 8, 16, 17 & 20. Please <br />note that the maps do show the permit area in Sections 8 & 16. <br />Right of entry information is contained in Appendix 1. The <br />Operator intends to have the vegetation at the Bear No. 1 and <br />No.2 Mines evaluated this year. The vegetation should meet <br />success standards without any problems.
