EXHIBIT "D"
MINING PLAN
This operation is typical of the upland deposits or stream terrace benches in Pueblo County
along the Arkansas and St. Charles Rivers. This deposit ranges from a depth of 8' on the
northwesterly perimeter to a maximum aggregate depth of 2r' in the main body of the pit. The limited topsoil will
be stockpiled on pit perimeters for replacement in reclamation.
(a) Mining methods -Stripping and stockpiling of topsoil will be performed by either front-end
loaders, dozers and/or scrapers.
