~.~ <br /> <br />MINOR REVISION TO THE BOURG MINE PERMIT <br />April, 1989 <br />2.08.4(4) Minor revision application requirements. <br />a) Identification of the permit which is the subject of the <br />revision. <br />Permit #~C-81-021. <br />b) Specific description of the requested change. <br />Walden Coal Company hereby requests a change to its <br />water monitoring plan to sample Wells 30C and 33B <br />instead of Wells 30A and 33C. Well 30A has been dry for <br />several years and well 33C has caved making each of <br />those unsuitable for sampling. <br />c) Specific description of any changes which may have an effect <br />on performance bond requirements. <br />Not applicable. <br />d) Such other information as may be necessary for the Division <br />to determine if the proposed revision will comply with the <br />Act. <br />See attached. <br />
