With the approval of Technical Revision 19, on 11 January 2000, the Division approved the <br />retention of several facilities. The facilities that were approved for retention aze the <br />shop/warehouse/office building and associated yard azea, the mine access road, Ponds A, B, D and <br />E, two wells (one at the mine site and one at the loadout), the loadout shop building and the loadout <br />access road. <br />On 21 September 2000 the Division received a partial Phase I Bond Release application for the <br />loadout area and a partial Phase II Bond Release application for the 720 Pit and Pit 1. The Division <br />approved this request on 26 June 2001, reducing the required bond $1,117,641.00, to its current <br />amount of $720.270.00. During the approval process for SL-02 the Division "carved out" two rill <br />and gully azeas from the Pit I azea of the bond release approval. These azeas were a total of <br />approximately 3.6 acres and aze noted on the 1999 Reclamation Map, Marr Mine (as well as in the <br />Proposed Decision and Findings of Compliance for the Marr Mine Phase I & Phase II Bond <br />Release). <br />With the exception of Honor rill and gully repair and site maintenance, this is all of the reclamation <br />activity that has taken place at the Marr Mine in the previous permit term. <br />Marr Mine Permit Renewal 04 <br />11 January, 2002 <br />-12- <br />
