TRAPPER 1CI1~IA& IAC.
III IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
September 20, 1995
Mr. Jon C. Your response recommended Trapper submit a full
description of this wastewater source to your Division for consideration.
Trapper expects the french drains and contour ditches to be constructed will have a short term, minor effect
on drainage from the area. Measurable flows, if any, are expected to be less than 5 GPM and will not be of
sufficient volume to reach the drainage systems. Flows, should they occur, are expected only during the
spring months.
The drainage to receive the french drain discharge is expected to be NPDES Site OOl which is currently
permitted for storm water and spoil springs. However, final recontouring of the french drain azea may
require the drainage to enter the NPDES Site 009 drainage area which is permitted for storm water and
mine water. Trapper will keep you informed of any significant contribution the french drain makes to these
drainage systems.
Jon, please call if you require additional information to process this request.
Sincerely,
~~ .
Forrest V.
