5
1 Again, we've got evidence of stockpile
• 2 material. This is either--you could call it topsoil or you
3 could call it simply material that needs to be screened,
4 crushed, processed, and so on. It's hard to tell what you
5 are talking about here.
6 Again, this is showing the border of the pit,
7 showing where it fell off, where material has been pushed
$ back to some extent along the border of the pit. You can
y see an unrlisturbed area out beyond here (indicating). Again,
10 this is the main pit with unprocessed material. You can
11 see that t11e pit walls are--I'd estimate at least 15 feet,
12 something to that effect.
• 13 This is the border area, I wanted to show
14 a closeup on. There is some topsoil material that has been
15 pushed back. Obviously, it hasn't been pushed back every-
16 where, since in this area the pit goes right up to it and
17 stops and th:;s it needs to be pushed back. So it's been
18 sporadically pushed back.
19 This is our inspection of August 31. Noca
20 I've been told, by one of the representatives for Webster,
21 that this particular topsoil stockpile is material they
22 bought elsewhere and imported to the site for sale. Therefore,
23 it wouldn't be topsoil, but stockpile from the site. It is
24 of a different color of the topsoil that's there, so this

25 is probably the case.
E'/L EEA C.I RRE~I7ER S .a.S000 aT/. S.
