That amount can be fixed in an actual <br />amount of yardage and an actual location. <br />If we are granted that particular right, we <br />would certainly work in cooperation, under the direction of <br />this Board and staff, to make certain that we reported fully <br />and exactly what was removed and when and from exactly what <br />location. <br />We have a little bit of a further unique <br />problem here and I'm sure it's shared by Mr. Watson's client: <br />That the widow is only surviving on social security; has no <br />other funds available. The gravel here has already been <br />washed stockpile and has been there--well, prior to the <br />Cease and Desist Order. If we proceed diligently as we have <br />outlined and represented to the Board, i.e., have the permit <br />filed by November 1, we would like the right to remove these <br />particular amounts of material on that Jones pit site: 2,500 <br />yards of pea gravel, 2,500 yards of number four sand--all of <br />whiclZ has been washed--and 1,000 yards of three-quarter inch <br />rock.
