<br /> <br />EXHIBIT E - RECLAMATION PLAN <br />112 Conversion Application <br />Randy Shaia Pit - Formerly Bernard Nine Pit #M-84-134 <br /> <br />The Randy Shaw Pit contains approximately 9.9 acres of reviously <br />disturbed area mined under the previous mine permit #M- 4-134. <br />The total mine acreage is 1,920 acres, however, mining ill be <br />confined to areas along the Tiro Buttes Creek. The enti e pit <br />area will be reclaimed as rangeland. <br />The earthmoving in reclamation cuill be relatively simpl <br />slopes will be graded to 3:1. There is no overburden t <br />removed in stripping or reclamation. This earthmoving <br />performed by any combination of front-end loaders, doze <br />and/or scrapers. <br />After mining the side slopes will be graded to their na <br />contours, which is expected to be 3:1. Since the area <br />mined is a point gravel bar, reclamation will be from d <br />made by the Two Buttes Creek when there is sufficient v <br />of water to overflow its banks and redeposit material i <br />point bar area.
