Consideration of possible notice of violation, cease and desist <br />order, corrective actions and civil penalties for mining without a <br />permit. <br />This matter concerns the Hull City/Sacramento mine site. The Board <br />considered this Item along with Item 1115 and, in determining that a <br />violation had occurred, levied a Civil Penalty in the amount of E600 <br />far 6 days of disturbance at a ;100 per day. <br />It was MOVED that the Board stand in recess.
