After completion of the lined storage at the three sites, there will be no <br />long-term evaporative depletions requiring augmentation. Lafarge has reclamation bonds with the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology for the following amounts: <br />• Home Office Pit - $117,600 <br />• North Taft Hill Expansion Site - $470,124 <br />• Overland Ponds Site - $1,948,000 <br />CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />• The total annual consumptive use for the three sites during Water Year 2007 is 79.9 acre-feet. <br />• During Water Year 2007, the replacement sources include a combination of recharge of 5.75 <br />Taylor and Gill Ditch shares and a lease from the Tri-Districts. <br />• A copy of the lease for 32.1 acre-feet from the Tri-Districts for Water Year 2007 will be <br />submitted to the SEO when it is received. <br />• Records of diversions into the recharge site for the 5.75 Taylor and Gill shares will be submitted <br />to the Water Commissioner at the end of Water Yeaz 2007. <br />• The applicant will continue to maintain monthly accounting records of water use. <br />• Lafarge requests that this combined plan be approved through October 31, 2007. <br />If you have any questions or need additional information on the renewal request for the Combined <br />SWSP for the Home Office Pit, Overland Ponds Site, and North Taft Hill Expansion Site, please <br />contact me at (303}452-6611 ext. 214 or richardraines@applegategroup.com. <br />Cordially, <br />Applegate Group, ~~. <br />Richard T.
