The pivot sprinkler on the south side of <br />the permit area will definitely be within 200 feet of the affected area. You need to <br />,r.1L- acquire an agreement from the structure owner pursuant Co Rule 6.4.19. [f the <br />underground phone system lies within 200 feet of the affected area you need to comply <br />with Rule 6.4.19. <br />Pursuant to Rule 1.8, your response of these adequacy concerns will be considered a technical revision. <br />A copy of this letter and your response must be filed with the County Clerk and Recorder and an affidavit <br />or receipt demonstrating that the Clerk and Recorder received the revision must be filed with the <br />Division. <br />G`C~When available, please submit proof of newspaper publication and proof of notice to adjoining <br />landowners, <br />Also enclosed are copies of correspondence the Division received from the Corps of Engineers and the <br />Office of the State Engineer.
