My <br />inspection revealed that the backfill and grading is mostly done. <br />It is now not regarded as a problem or possible violation, and is <br />now not a matter which the Board will hear. I need prompt and <br />complete responses to the rest of the matters, as specified in the <br />inspection report dated 9/13/94 and in the notice dated 6/5/95. <br />I strongly recommend that the .commissioners, administrator, legal <br />counsel, and possibly even the road & bridge supervisors, meet to <br />discuss the items I've listed regarding these sites. <br />If you have questions feel free to contact me.
