Anticipated life of the mine will be increased to an <br />estimated 377 months based on a pro.iected production rate of <br />175,000 t.p..y. <br />The proposed operation is in compliance with the requirements of this <br />section. <br />XVI. Coal Processing Waste and Non-Coal Processing Waste - Rules 2.05.31 <br />2.05.4 2) f), 4.10 and 4.11 <br />As a result of recent changes in the regulations of the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, coal processing and underground <br />development waste are no longer differentiated. All such material is <br />considered coal mine waste and subject to the same regulations. The <br />storage and disposal practices approved for the mine in regard to coal <br />mine waste generated by the additional coal reserves of PR-03 have been <br />anticipated by Technical Revision O1 submitted and approved by the <br />Division in April, 1991. <br />-9- <br />
