The proposed operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. XI. Soil Resources - Rules 2.04.9, 2.05.3(5), 2.05.4(2)(d) and 4,06 The specific findings required under this section which were made in the July, 1987 Findings Document (Renewal) have not been modified by the proposed revision and those findings remain applicable. The proposed operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. XII. Vegetation - Rules 2.04.10, 2.05.4(2)(e), 4.15 and 4,18.4(1) With the exception of the seed mix, the specific findings required under this section which were made in the July, 1987 Findings Document (Renewal) have not been modified by the proposed revision and those findings remain applicable. The proposed seed mix does not contain any warm season grasses for the final reclamation phase; therefore, the following stipulation is made: Stipulation No. 09: WITHIN 60 DAYS OF APPROVAL OF PERMIT REVISION N0. 03, NATIONAL KING COAL WILL SUBMIT IN THE FORM OF A MINOR REVISION TO THE PERMIT A FINAL RECLAMATION PHASE SEED MIXTURE WHICH INCLUDES 80TH WARM AND COOL SEASON GRASSES. THE MIXTURE SHALL COMPLY WITH THE APPLICABLE PORTIONS OF RULES 4.15,2 AND 4.15.8. The proposed operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. XIII. Fish and Wildlife - Rules 2,04.11, 2.05.6(21 and 4.18 The specific findings required under this section which were made in the July, 1987 Findings Document (Renewal) have not been modified by the proposed revision and those findings remain applicable.
