9G. Excuse me, I 'd like to get on the record at this point there' s
10 a provision in the Revised statute that I 'm permitted to re-
11 quest of you postponement of the effecitve date of any permit.
12 In lieu of that, I am also permitted to go to court and have
13 them order that effective date of an order be postponed.
14 We' re uncertain at this time if it' s proper to do so, but I
15 would like to get on the record and at this time a request
16 that you postpone the effective date of this order, giving us
17 a period of 5 weeks in order to accumulate evidence to present
18 to you in respect to this application so that the rights of
19 our clients could be protected. I ' ll cite you I have it . . . .
20G: It' s C.R.S. 24-4-106 Subsection 5, pursuant to that section I
21 would request that you postpone the effective date of this
22 order of the Board for a period of 5 weeks.
28WJ: What does it say, that section?
24G: I don' t have a copy of C.R.S . in front of me at this point,
25 it pertains to the Board.
26WJ: It pertains generally to part of the administrative procedure
27 act in the state.
28MC: I think we should see it before any action, I think specific
29 language in that provision should be brought to the attention
