And we just <br /> 14 would like to talk, with whatever your procedures require <br /> 15 that means not issuing an order at this date, objecting to <br /> 16 the application, postponing it, something so that we can <br /> 17 review this and have some time to review this matter and then <br /> 18 present to you some evidence if it exists if it doesn' t fine, <br /> 19 our objection would then be withheld. <br /> 20RW: Mark. <br /> 21MH: On the asphalt plants, let me just read you what it says. <br /> 22 Potential location for concrete and asphalt plants are shown <br /> 23 on the mining map, Exhibit C. However, the operator has no <br /> 24 further plans for either type of operation. At some point in <br /> 25 the future, it may become desirable to extend the site acti- <br /> 26 vities, to include one or both of these operations.
