AS per Dave Anderson who ran SEDCAD calculations, the as-buiR RP-5 Pond is correct. The spillway is a two level spillway as shown. There is no 3-inch trickle tube for dewatering. The trickle tube is a'work around' from SEDCAD which allows the calculation for the pond solution to begin with an empty basin. The pond will be kept 2.5 feet below the primary spillway by pumping the pond water after a major event. Such pumping will take place soon after the weather and ground conditions permit. Page IV-43 has been revised to include this language. 8. Page V-42 and Page V-44 have been revised as per your suggestion. Forbes and shrubs will not be seeded in the ditch channels. However, they will be added at one pound PLS per ~ acre for other stabilization planting. The planting Ueatment (3) will use 13 pounds PLS per saes drilled and 26 pounds PLS per sae broadcast seeding as per Table V-14, page V-44. I trust this letter satisfies your concerns.
