Banta, <br />Division DireMOr <br />RE: Notice of Formal Public Hearing, Castle Concrete Company, <br />Snyder Quarry, Permit No. M-77-210 <br />Dear <br />On June 13, 1990, the Division received a request from Castle <br />to aodress the Mined Land Reclamation Board. Castle Concrete <br />that the Board consider an adjustment in the timetable for the <br />of the Snyoer Quarry Corrective Action Plan. Castle Concrete <br />matter be heard at the June 27-28, 1990 Mined Land Reclamatian <br />Concrete Company <br />Company asked <br />implementation <br />requE~sted the <br />Board Meeting. <br />The Division determined that adjustments to any previous Notice of Violation <br />Board Order should be heard during a Formal Public Hearing. All pe~rties <br />involved in the original Castle Concrete Company Notice of Violatitm Formal <br />Public Hearing were notified of the new request. The parties were also made <br />aware that they were each entitled to hearing notification at least twenty <br />days prior to the Board Meeting. The operator's request fora Heating to <br />consider the matter was received less than twenty days prior to the June <br />27-28, 1990 Board Meeting. Therefore, each party to the Hearing w,is asked if <br />they wished to waive the required twenty-day notice. <br />The Division, by June 26, 1990, did not receive a waiver of the twenty-day <br />notice requirement from each party. Therefore, the Formal Public Hearing <br />concerning Castle Concrete Company will be held during the July 25-26, 1990 <br />Board Meeting, to be held in Room 220, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado. <br />The meeting will start at 9:00 A. M. each day. Please call the Division on <br />Monday, July 23, 1990 fora more accurate day and time that the Castle <br />Concrete Company item will be heard by the Board.
