The first thing I'd like to <br />pads out and start at the end is a series of pictures, which I <br />will explain. I'll let everyone look through them. This is an <br />open pit clay operation from 5 to 9 acres, depending on which <br />permit application documents you look at, about 12 miles <br />northwest of Golden. 'It's never been permitted. <br />Application material originally ca~.ne in under <br />the previous law t~ the Division of Mines in March of 1975. <br />They were severely inadequate. This pit has been field <br />inspected by Bob Campbell on the 28th of August of 1975 and <br />on the 20th of July, 1976. <br />MR. HvLDE.R: Is that part of the s•sme thing? <br />MR. 7rOYE: Yes, it is. However, it's a <br />different view. TY.c last three pictures you'll get are <br />winter scenes.
