1-14 Cracking in the fireplace in the rock room located in the northeast corner.
The crack is on the west side of the fireplace.
1-15 View looking at the upper portions of the fireplace. The crack in the middle
as the fireplace extends up to the second floor. This crack is about the same
as it was during the previous inspection.
ROLL 2
2-1 Looking along the north wall of the residence at the northwest corner of the
residence.
2-2 Shows the repairs to the north wall. The corner showing would be the
northwest corner. Notice: most of the repairs are concentrated at the top of
the parapet.
2-3 Shows a crack that has developed since the repairs. It was probably thermal
cracking typical of the problems with stucco.
2-4 Looking north of the north side of the residence shows the gravel terrace
• deposits and clays existing below the gravel terrace, actually probably a clay
shale.
2-5 View of the northeast corner of the residence showing the fireplace
construction and the recent repairs as well as the general shape of the yard
at the northeast corner.
2-6 Is a frontal view looking to the west at the east side of the residence. The
recent repairs to the stucco can be seen by difference in color.
2-7 The gate in the courtyard wall near the southeast corner of the residence
shows repairs on the gate area as well as the southeast corner of the
residence. This can be compared with the photographs from the previous
inspection which show extensive water damage on the south wall near the
southeast corner.
2-8 Along the east side of the residence shows cracking in the recently repaired
stucco. Again, I would attribute it to normal thermal expansion and
contraction problems typical for stucco buildings.
2-9 View of the northeast corner of the residence showing the fireplace and the
recent repairs.
2-10 View of the east side of the residence.
• 2-11 View looking to the north along the courtyard wall. The outward deflection
to the east of the courtyard wall can be seen in this picture.
TATUM RESIDENCE
CTUT 21,279 'L
