Legal, Financial, Compliance and Related Information <br />' 1. The names of persons who collected technical data in the permit <br />application, dates of collection and analyses, and methods used <br />during collection are found in the Preface pages iii and iv. <br />' 2. The Resident Agent on page 6 and (3) Officers and Resident Agents <br />have been changed to reflect updated information on pages 6 and 7. <br />' B. Land Use <br />' 1. Page 17 has been changed to include the coal seam being mined <br />and Exhibit X has been added to show the extent and location <br />' of surface disturbance associated with the old Blue Ribbon Mine. <br />' C. Hydrologic Balance <br />1. Pages 105 and 106 contain the design criteria for the Hubbard <br />' Creek Grassing. <br />' 2. Exhibit Y shows the Reservoir No. 1 Embankment Elevation Design <br />and page 106 ii contains the necessary design changes. <br />3. The reclamation schedule was modified to reflect the necessary <br />' removal of ponds with the exception of Pond (Reservoir) No. 1. <br />4.
