The <br />results ol'' this inapertion should be entered in this farm prior to <br />the Division's next complete inspection, pond inspections 3hottld <br />continuo to be completed on a quarterly basis. The DMO permit is <br />on file and expires on Jttly 31, 1996. The inspectors recommended <br />' that annual oertiYicntiona be completed ott all ponds, not ,iuat the <br />oversized ponds. Division approval; therefore, NOV <br />C-93-119 was issued. In addition, MCC has a number of ].ighL'-use <br />roads that are used.ta access upper areas for mnrtltoring purposes <br />that ho+•e no, been included iu tits permit document's description of <br />fight-tree roads.
