A copy of the triaxial test was provided. Locations of <br />samples are shown. The stability analysis applies to the 40-foot fill. Dry densities and moisture <br />contents are developed. The plan provides for compaction quality control. The stability report <br />(Appendix J) calls for 2-foot lifr thickness.
