Garfiield county <br />County, Colorado, mare specifically described as follows: <br />Commencing at a point which bears S6'°25'08"W, 483' +/- from the NE comer of Section 24, Tthence south a distance of <br />905+/-; thence 589'°27'34"E a distance of 2650'+/-; thence south a distance of 975'+/-; thence west a distance of 4160' +/-; <br />thence N °50 23'22"E a distance of 2662+/-; thence S80'°04'26"T- a distance of 2030'+/- to the point of beginning. <br />The existing underground mine is located appioximately approximately 3. 3.5 -miles north of Sift Silt, Colorado. Access <br />to the site is via Garfield County Road 237 (Harv(e y Gap Road). The existing disturbed area is a[[approximately 1500 feet <br />south of the Grass Valley reservoir. The Silt Quadrangle, 7.5 Minute series, contains the area described above. <br />The application is to renew and existing permit for a five year term beginning January 14, 2000. <br />A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the Garfield County Courthouse, Glenwood spring Springs, <br />Colorado and the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology, Denver, Colorado.
