UPDATED <br />SYNOPSIS OF EVENTS (Continued) <br />Cash Mine and Mill, Permit No. M-83-141 <br />Boulder County, Colorado <br />Co-Gperators: Gold Hill Ventures Ltd. Partnership and Colina Oro Molino, Inc. <br />(Representatives) (Mark A. Steen) (Wayne Tatman) <br />(Gwen Fraser) <br />3/16/92 Pre-Board Meeting package sent to Board members and to Mr. Steen <br />(Gold Hill Ventures Ltd. Partnership) and Mr. Tatman (Colina Oro <br />Molino, Inc.) <br />3/16/92 Division met with Colorado Department of Health, Solid and <br />Hazardous Wastes representative regarding situation with Cash Mill <br />permit. If the mill is processing ores from anywhere other than <br />contiguous claims, the mill will need to get a Certificate of <br />Designation permit from Boulder County and the Colorado Department <br />of Health. <br />3/18/92 Division received shipping receipts from Keeter Trucking that <br />Homestate shipped ore from Hendricks Mining Company's Boulder Mill <br />to the Goid Hill Miil (Cash Mttl) on 1/17/92 and 1/19/92. <br />3/20/92 Division received a "Report and Petition for Permit Modifications" <br />on permit No. M-83-141 from Colina Oro Molino, Inc. lawyer, <br />James S. Munn. Report recounts history of property and co-operator <br />relationships. A request 15 included to; (1) separate the mill <br />from the mining properties into two separate permits, and <2) to <br />amend the permit so that ali ores owned and acquired by Colina Oro <br />Molino, Inc. could be processed at the mill. <br />3/20/92 Mr. Tatman admitted pumping water from the Cash Mine into tanks for <br />"water treatment." Mr. Tatman moved the spilled tailings material <br />to the tailings impoundment against specific Division instructions. <br />3/23/92 Received a letter from Evan Freirich (original complaintant>, who <br />is a concerned citizen of Summerville. He recommended permit <br />revocation due to the uncooperative relationship of the two <br />co-operators. <br />3/23/92 Division received several faxed technical revision requests from <br />Mr. Tatman. <br />WCY/eke <br />2132E <br />
