Stipulation No. 31 <br />-_ .. WECC SHALL FORWARD FIVE (5) COPIES OF THE COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS <br />WRITTEN APPROVAL FOR ACTIVITIES WITHIN 100 FEET OF THE OUTSIDE <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY OF COLORADO HIGHWAY 133 WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF APPROVAL <br />OF THE PERMIT REVISION APPLICATION. <br />Previous complied with. <br />Stipulation No. 32 <br />THE APPLICANT SHALL MONITOR THE 2 MONITORING WELLS LOCATED DYER THE FIRST <br />PANEL TO BE SUBSIDED ONE YEAR PRIOR TO MINING THIS PANEL. THE APPLICANT <br />SHALL SUBMIT TO THE REGULATORY AUTHORITY GROUND WATER LEVEL DATA AND <br />WATER QUALITY DATA PRIOR TO MINING THIS PANEL. <br />The Division accepts the WECC response.
